      1. Flexible Working Hours. 2. Open to try new technologies and challenges. 3. Appreciative Managers and Seniors. 4. Good IT and Cloud support. Talented People. 5. Decent Pay as per market.

      Cons

      1. Too many experienced people. sometimes I believe over experienced for the things they are doing. 2. Too many layers to deal with, I think its common in big organisations. 3. Too many contractors. Why not make them full-time? 4. Slow decision making.
