      Pros

      Cross functional collaboration is incredibly well done, very low ego across the board (but with very highly skilled employees). Company vision is strong, clear understanding of the impact I bring to the company, management is transparent and focused on my growth. All around ten stars.

      Honestly none I can think of.

      Pros

      Empowered employees, start-up culture, work-life balance, directness, passionate colleagues, customers that are changing the world. Opportunities for lateral movement. Always looking at investing in new tech and acquisitions. Managers understand the value of employees prototyping new ideas, failing and learning - continue to encourage such behavior from all.

      Cons

      We have done badly at branding our company. Although it is changing, we could do better by publishing more of our enterprise customers' stories. We don't invest much in (some regions) interns and fresh grads. We could bring more energy in by doing more. For a design software maker - many of our office spaces aren't the most beautiful.
