      Decent offers when getting the contract Some teams have good WLB WFH Large corporate (both pro and con)

      Cons

      Horribly unprofessional management Medicore engineering Tons of politics, unparalleled for such a small site Hey, look at me! mentality instead of do-er mentality Tons of messy processes prevent anything from actually being done Facilities stripped down over the years
