      Pros

      Aurecon had excellent office culture and attacted good projects. There was never any issues with training budgets or time to attend. Opportunities to work with other disciplines as well. I also had the chance to be seconded to another office for the opportunity to work in another market.

      Cons

      During my time at Aurecon, they went through significant changes in internal processes. This wasn't always 'sold' well to general employees.

      Great experience on very interesting projects, especially if you are an engineer or similar built environment professional Opportunity to work on cross-functional teams Opportunity for global exposure and movement between multiple offices Significant presence in emerging markets
