      It was best work environment before French CFO suddenly coming

      the French CFO of aurecon asia only know about Cashflow management and looks didnt understand of accrual basis accounting. his schedule only full with talking about vendor payment approval even for 1$ payment. he build his nepotism culture with bring all his ex staff from his former company AECOM. he thinks he is smart if can delay any payment as long as he can even the vendor stop give a service to company.

      The local staff team are generally friendly, and employee ownership is a plus.

      Cons

      Local leadership is poor, and most of them are not qualified engineers - simply former public servants working connections with their former contacts. They can't teach junior professionals anything. The management team is toxic and hierarchical. There is little collaboration across offices. Most of the local staff are looking for a way out to advance their careers.
