It was good until the exodus

When I first started the team was brimming with talented and intelligent members who built the culture and had consulting experience.

Cons

However, they all left bc of poor remuneration and poor training and development. There was a mass exodus of staff and they tried to fill in their spots with people with little technical or consulting experience in senior levels.
