Workload is good, people are very helpful and easy to talk to. they really give you an opportunity to do what you want and achieve your goals. They are very big on letting their employees have work-life balance. I think they are one of the few who still implement full work from home set up

Cons

I had a great experience with everyone i worked with in the projects so I don't think there are any cons working for Aurecon

supportive colleague, flexible working time and fair benefit for mediacal insurrance , reimbursement on travel expence, one professional membership

Cons

Poor secretary support, need to do lots of admin works by Engineer, man power shortage
