Business Outlook
Pros
Was able to work with some amazing engineers on some interesting projects. A good place to experience a mix of assessments, commercial new builds and retrofit design.
Cons
Large company with distinct, predefined roles for individuals. From my experience this meant was easy to become part of the woodwork and hard to gain exposure across commercial and management once put in the box of a technical role or vice versa. Not an issue if you can perform well.
