      One of the best paymasters (atleast for my technology and skill set) Opportunity to get a taste of various technologies. Migration is relatively easier

      Idle time is very large Visible example of 80/20 rule - 80% of the employee salary comes from the work of 20% of people Majorly into bodyshopping More emphasis on Pune - Other locations considered secondary Recent update of 3 months non negotiable notice period

      I was at KPMG before AO took over. it was a great company and then turned to mediocre company with mediocre people.

      Pros

      The client list is certainly the best thing about AO. After that the depth of technical opportunities and endless and worth staying for.

      Cons

      The growth strategy is the worst part of the company. Acquisition, acquisition, acquisition and the integration strategy is so poor that you bever really felt like part of a team. They had great people at KPMG and they (as with me!) have all left. The are a cheap workforce and the quality of the end product shows this.
