Good small company in US that focuses on customer satisfaction, excellent quality delivery and has strong global competencies that can be delivered in the US. Entrepreneurial.

Cons

Not many places to get promoted to unless you want to go global. Strategic investments have been minimal and are difficult.

Not the best place to work but its a job.

Great place to start a career. It will help you develop skills that you will need in future jobs in dealing with disparate work places.

Cons

It starts off well but you quickly see that the management will not support you or back you in any way. Daily beatings from management for not doing something a certain way or that you didn't do something well enough. No praise from management for doing a good job. No cost of living pay increase. No raises whatsoever.
