      Paltry pay; inflated CTC with gratuity and health insurance components

      Pros

      The Brand Studio office was pretty (but who cares about the office if they pay you peanuts). Can't think of any pros. Kindly stay away.

      Cons

      Paltry pay. Terrible work culture. No work-life balance. After I joined Brand Studio, a communications agency of Atlas Copco, I realised, much to my shock, that my new salary was lower than my previous salary. At the time of my joining, the HR presented a misleading offer comprising an inflated CTC that includes components such as gratuity and health insurance. I am still bearing the brunt of that terrible job move.

      Quality product also recognized in the market Good canteen Great company if you want an easy life... no stress, no pressure, no challenge... feels like working for the state... if you stay under the radar...contract for life with potential on having a second job

      Cons

      Management by fear and politics Old school management style, no trust, micro management, “ask permission to go to the toilet” mentality No vision on the future... Mentality: “we know best, so why would we bother listening to anybody” Company is steered by unions and unions have nice company cars and company iphones Non competitive salary

      Good products for variety of industries and applications.

      Cons

      Novice management, permanently living in reaction mode, didn't have the will to acknowledge the facts. Moreover, the company is run predominantly by Sales who sees and decides based on quarterly numbers instead of long term goals. Lost considerable business opportunities lead to 30% workforce reduction...
