Not a bad company to work for.

Pros

Pay was good, and had good overall beefits such as health, vision and dental. Bonus werent bad , but sometimes hard to get a good one if companys sets your territory goal too high.

Cons

Territory goals set too high at times. Also mgmt really doesnt know whats going on in the field. Just expect you to do what they say and get results somehow.

Salary ok for northwest but could be better Nice people

Cons

Yet another re-organiation!!!. Lots of dead wood AZ needs a good clear out. Lack of career propsects you need to leave to get on. Final salry pension about to bite the dust too.

Big company, lots of resource, good work-life balance with flexible work time, nice newer office/work space in the new buildings.

Cons

UK and Sweden - centric, many of the upper management levels are reserved for people from these areas (including preference in promotion, etc).
