Overall a good company with good products but not the best place for career advancement

Pros

good products, decent pipeline, stable company, management is fairly sound, not as much of chance of a layoff as other companies.

Cons

promotions are few and far between and certainly not consistent. Management can be very clique oriented which is fine if you are just happy being a sales rep. But, if you want to move up in the company, be prepared to jump through unusual hoops and join the "in crowd" or be left at the door.

Cons

Too much focus on consultants, not enough on internal knowledge from employees. Pulling away from flexible schedule hurt employee productivity

You are working for a FTSE 10 international company during challenging time of evolution with highly professional and high calibre individuals

Cons

They are slow to promote and recognise contributions. Differing work life balance at each site with the London HQ fairing worse on both a work life balance and comparable salaries / bonus paid on a geographical basis. Highly political with various Kingdoms not working harmoniously
