      Pros

      Job in the pharmaceutical industry. Nice benefits. Co workers are nice people . Have good program for patients who can't afford products.

      Cons

      Poor diversity. No pipeline. Poor communication from upper management. Expected huge layoffs that will continue in the year 2014 and beyond.

      Pros

      Nice on-site gym Cafeteria at main building Lots of parking overall Silos of workers clearly identifiable across the company Offices are clean. Trash gets emptied every night

      Downsizing has left major functional gaps where unqualified, good intending people have to wear multiple hats and the consequences of bad reviews. Poor on-boarding of new employees Nearly non-existent leadership, no accountability No clear objectives or direction causing chaos and conflict amongst silos. Difficult environment with ambiguity and political complexities. Management communication by PowerPoint No career opportunities for advancement due to fraternizing

      Pros

      AZ has a total benefits package for sales managers including the potential for restricted stock. They place a high value on work life balance and in some instances allowing job share & flexible work arrangements. They also place a high value on professional development.

      Cons

      promotional opportunities are limited if you are unable to relocate. The industry is in upheavel and AZ is restructuring and in a downsize phase.
