Pros

Smart leadership, excellent resources and pipeline. I've worked for most of the major companies in pharma and this is the only one that truly explained why corporate decisions were made and were straightforward. High quality drugs in the pipeline made it easy to know the hard work was worthwhile. Would work there again in a second (relo due to family). Happy hour every friday on site if you are into that sort of thing.

Cons

Corporate feel if you aren't used to it, but great resources.
