Pros

I was in a medical department, and they have many promising drug pipelines. Jobdesc per roles are very defined well, especially to distinguish between departments.

Cons

With such ambitions, they should also equip the manager level employees with people-managing skills to lower employee turnover rate. They should also adjust the workloads to be more realistic.
