People are great, facilities and overall experience is very good.

Cons

Expectation to travel into the office a minimum of 3 days per week. There is no loyalty within TAq and any contractor planning or desiring to move permanent is being fed BS. Some HRBP's are very poor in knowledge and do not support TAq.

I have been with the company for 7 years. All full time AZ employees receive a bonus depending on how the company performs. This could be 5%-7% of your base salary and could be upto 150% depending on performance. We get 3 weeks of paid vacation plus holidays. Once you have been in a D level role for 3 years you start receiving stock options.

Cons

Not too many cons. I love working here. If you are on an off shift there isn't as much support but we are working on it.
