Really nice team and good hours

Cons

Extremely bureaucratic. Decisions take forever to be resolved, this makes meaningful work take unnecessarily long and its a constant battle against other departments. Pay is not great and because of the bureaucratic nature of the company it takes unnecessarily long to argue on compensation matters.
