Pros
Top Leaders are making tough choices that I believe are long overdue. Passionate people devoted to clients and to leaving the world a better place. Recent focus on "Transformation" introduced by COO Joachim Ebert makes a lot of sense and is getting good leadership and employee support, but not sure people realize that there is a long road ahead to get there.
Cons
Morale of employees is low as a result of struggles in competitive market for growth and a changing work strategy and environment. Seems to be upturning, but then something happens and it drops again. I'm hopeful for a longer term view and steady climb in future under Ebert's leadership.
