Able to learn multiple discipline projects with current team leader.

Cons

Big politic in the Regional and Country Management.. Poor compensation, poor benefits, poor bonus.. Haven't received increment for the past 2 years and reason was not much projects are awarded. However, the team is doing multiple projects with limited resources and all the profits goes to the Company but the staffs did not get appreciation from the Company...
