Pros
Fantastic and dedicated people, who believe in what they do. Very flexible approach to working from home in my team, but this is not consistent across the business. Entrepreneurial culture with a lot of "go get it" attitude.
Cons
The management and reporting system are so cumbersome that it affects both the ability to deliver and the quality of life in a negative way. For more junior staff finding their way in the ever-changing structure may be a challenge.
