Some flexibility in working hours Good office spaces, clean and modern. Company strives to make positive change

Cons

Team is stretched incredibly thinly leading to huge work volume and unpaid overtime. Atmosphere can feel unfriendly at times. Career progression is stalled, not promoted on merit and have to apply for promotion in the firm as if it were a new role anywhere.
