Cons

Arcadis need build the culture flexiblelity with Vietnamese traditional. Arcadis need keep the "open mind" fealture in working between colleagues like Langdon & seah done before.

- You need strong negotiation skills and build a personal branding to skip fences built by vertical leadership and obtain some opportunities - In some situations, silo mentality inhibits further cooperation.
