      Pros

      Working from home is the best benefit ever and I would never give that up.

      Seems to be people get stuck at one position or in one pay range with little movement.

      Big company, lots of networking and opportunities to branch out career paths

      Cons

      pay increases can be hard to get and take a long time, need to be very persistent. Lots of red tape/training/HR stuff to deal with since it is such a big company.
