      Pros

      Decent vacation policy/floating holidays. I met A few really good people, and the manager was really a manager… Haven’t had a decent manager in such a long time.

      Cons

      The pay is really low for what you’re expected to provide. The position is too manual… Far too manual for the year 2018. Very entry-level, with no room for growth.

      Pros

      My direct manager and coworkers were great. Great atmosphere. Teamwork. Overtime was necessary during Turnaround but that is expected. I do have good memories working there. Just said how Spain can ruin some cohesive teams I was treated fairly and with respect. Salary and benefits were good

      Cons

      Spain. That is all I have to say. Implementing processes that work in Europe does not translate well in Canada. Loosing local contact could potential hurt operations as well as waiting for approvals from Spain.
