It Is like a family that immediately welcomes you, but it´s a multinational company.

Cons

When you have a long time in the company, you are stagnant and can not progress, there is no international internal mobility

Pros

At Applus employees are given the opportunity to share ideas and also implement good ones that add overall value to the company. The company puts its employees first and even with the downturn in the market management has tried very hard to Save jobs by taking fair measures to achieve that. The company is implementing great systems even in these challenging times. The company has built a great SSC and upper management is very supportive of the staff and have retained a lot of great talent. Work hard, be objective, be professional and you will have no issues with this company

Cons

There is no downside as long as you do your job and add value to the company

There are some great people in the divisional offices.

This is a not a healthy work environment. The company has restructured so many times and no one has a clue what is going in. Communication is terrible. Expectations are not clearly lined out. They do not think things through in an organized fashion. Upper management cares only about numbers not quality of work.The Operations division is not held accountable for the errors and mistakes that ultimately lead to billing and processing errors by shared services. Garbage in /garbage out. They do not have a fair grading system, The fear of losing ones job is so bad it has turned good supervisors and employees into bitter people that will lie and blame anyone to save themselves, HR is a joke. They entertain a complaint over the smallest infraction but overlook years of complaints and serious violations. As long as you know someone you are safe from reprimand no matter how much money you cost the company.
