      Pending on location, my manager at Joliet in particular is always willing to work with staff to the best of his abilities. Support from my manager is one of the reasons why I have stayed as long as I have

      Upward mobility is possible but pending on the position the responsibilities assigned are not always compensated as well as they could be. It is a minimum wage position so expect an atmosphere accordingly. Benefits are good at the part-time level.

      HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT NO PROS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

      The company does not value lower level employees there is no loyalty senior management does not listen to what you have to say. 80% of the work is outsourced in the Philippines so you are left sucking your thumb the whole day. I worked in AP and only the Manager is valued is Senior management you input is not welcome. No room for advancement . You are just asked to do as they say.
