      Good colleagues who will support you if needed Free on site parking Work wasn't difficult and didn't take it home with me Decent holiday package

      Didn't come good on training promised to me Work is very monotonous and you are not challenged Head office overly keen on introducing new systems and new ways of working without trouble shooting, resulting in major errors. No opportunities to advance No salary appraisals No investment in staff

      Cons

      I got laid off due to restructuring. No hard feelings. It is the best company with whom (sic) I have ever been employed. Well, pizza delivery was more fun, but the pay was not there LOL.
