- you’re expected to do the jobs of about 15 people. Including running errands for the executives but you’re also not supposed to leave your desk.
- if you have children or are nursing. Everyone is going to let you know how inconvenient it is for them. They will even kindly bang on the door of your nursing room. I literally had to buy a portable pump and do it at my desk because of constant comments. Going to HR is pointless because half the comments came from them.
- anytime you express you’re being upset or concerned with something it’s taken as you’re being disrespectful. They think everything has an ulterior motive.
- management plays favorites and they don’t hide it. If you’re part of the in crowd you can do whatever you want and speak to people however you like with no consequences
- they love to talk about work life balance but if your infant gets sick they’ll ask you to clarify why you need to stay home. Because you know, infants can stay home sick alone!
- pay was abysmal. For taking the rude
comments and abuse it is NOT worth it.
- diversity and inclusion is hilarious. Most of upper management is extremely racist. When you report it you then have their assistants tell you that they say they will never speak to you again and will make your life harder. If you go back to HR with this they will just say where’s your proof and ignore you.
