Pros
Generally nice people. Good PTO
Cons
No systems in process - everything is a knee jerk reaction. Disparity of work load. There are employees who are constantly on their smart phones, seen a couple employees streaming movies and reading books. While other employees are running around like chickens without their heads. There is no sense it will ever improve, though they think they try - nobody follows processes. People have their nose in things, but don't take ownership. Too many "chiefs".
