Everyone at this location is inherently driven in their efforts to support their coworkers and the clients. I’m continually impressed by how much actual work gets done on a daily basis. - Management here is starting on a clean slate, all remnants of past management practices have vanished, with great affect. - Management is clear and direct when communicating local matters. - Management is fair, as long as you are getting your job done and staying on top of things. - Management truly is “open door” and will consider your stance, as long as you bring a solution with your issue. - Bonus structure needs to be seriously examined and restructured. A bonus is meant to reward superlative performance in terms of revenue generated for the company. The company needs to quantitatively analyze all employees on on the revenue / bell curve ratio, and reward them appropriately, for a bonus to be meaningful. Otherwise the real talent will be flying out the doors. - Planning, organization, and process implementation needs improvement at all levels. - Professionalism needs to be stressed and implemented across the organization.
