      -health benefits were available (but minimal) -weekends off

      Cons

      -dismissive of employees' concerns -very low pay for what was independently managed by customer service representatives on a day-to-day basis -social-distancing and other safety measures were not widely or consistently practiced by many -inconsistent communication from management -little training to cover the vast scope of the job requirements

      Descent folks, good to work with, and willing to give plenty of time for family

      Cons

      They seem to be complacent and not continually looking for future work. Hopefully this will change.

      A good stepping stone to industry but no career path

      Pros

      Good way to get into the resources sector and exposure to tier one companies, ok pay, some training opportunities but you nee to fight for them. No formal performance review (blessing and curse), income protection policy is good.

      Cons

      Company is cost focussed, makes HSE very difficult as they don't want to spend any money. There is no paid parental leave, pay cuts are common and no career progression. No share schemes, bonuses or any real way to influence your pay.
