You have to work on the work page itself for a fixed amount of time. Mandatory meetings and trainings are not included in this time frame and makes it difficult to meet your goals. And makes you feel extremely bound to work. As in no free thinking at all. Make sure to time your bathroom break. No way to track this time so you must do it yourself and if you don’t manage it, that’s on you.
