Pros

Good employee discount, private health insurance for the whole family, relocation package

Cons

- working like a salve, clicking and typing on the mouse for 5.2 hours in a shift of 8 hours - if you leave the grading software (the one that counts 5.2) for more than 20 seconds, it stops counting - it hurts my hand and I have tendinitis - pls dont take this job and ruin your health!

Pros

Salary range is good for Spain for the position Permanent contract There are opportunities to grow if you constantly achieve targets Private healthcare Great manager in our team Big discounts for buying devices Non toxic working environment and company values

Cons

Extremely high targets, you work all day non stop to reach them that produces a lot of stress. Pretty sure they know it and offer some "wellness" sessions, but we have NO TIME to attend them or watch wellness videos on the portal. No compensation for working at home for electricity spent 8h a day, especially with current electricity prices, for many people a big percentage of salary goes to just paying the bills and the company doesn't help Yearly salary increase is very little Salary could be a bit higher for Apple No possibility of half home office half office (hybrid model) which is unfortunate in 2021 The department is very raw and sometimes not managed well at all

Pros

Benefits & discounts Semi flexible hours No overtime I can’t Think of anything Else

Cons

Embarrassingly low salary Says that relocation expenses are complementary but states in contract you have to work it off for a certain amount of time. Pro rata Extremely repetitive job. Mentioning it in the initial interview doesn’t even begin to explain how repetitive. Team leaders and managers are not much help. Takes forever to get answers so be aware to have to ask multiple times, Unpaid days off is not allowed. So if you don’t have vacation days then you don’t have much of an option. You have to work on the work page itself for a fixed amount of time. Mandatory meetings and trainings are not included in this time frame and makes it difficult to meet your goals. And makes you feel extremely bound to work. As in no free thinking at all. Make sure to time your bathroom break. No way to track this time so you must do it yourself and if you don’t manage it, that’s on you.
