      Pros

      - Work life balance - Flexible work environment - Connected to others in the company making it easy for collaboration - Feel like I have a voice, can encourage a positive change - Realistic expectations in role - Up-to-date technology to complete job - Sense of purpose - PTO and Volunteering Time is Paid - Pay is higher than the average within the region

      Cons

      - Working remotely can provide a sense of "being on an island," but Appirio does a great job of connecting regions for volunteering, networking, etc. Not a true "con," per se.

      Worst place to work, No appraisals, poor planning, not recommended at all

      No appraisals, flat 1 digit(lower end) for each employee, it is not at all based on performance, nor on salary range. Lots of politics. High management have their bunch of friends, relatives in the company and they do what is good for them. High attrition rate- maximum people are dissatisfied. No policies- The policies are made and changed every now and then. Managers have only 1 thing to say- Be patient, wait for some more time, things will be fine. Managers ask their employees to write positive reviews and their are many fake reviews by HR and higher management, don't go by them. There is a bunch of people who dnt have any work to do other than going on business lunch/ dinners on high end places on company's cost and then company don't have any thing to give at time of appraisals. No onsite Worst place to work, don't ruin your career by joining this company.
