      Pros

      Excellent enablement materials, supporters and coaches all throughout org. Amazing place to learn. Tight culture -- AppD traditionally hires great people.

      Cons

      Lots of talk about promotions, with repetitive reminders that they will happen internally - yet will still hire externally.

      Pros

      AppDynamics has some of the best people I've worked with. The Field Reps, which in other companies just throw SEs in to meetings, instead do a lot of prep work and bring true value to the process. I also love my boss, who takes care of us as well as leading the group into new areas.

      Cons

      Interesting being part of Cisco, where the majority of the employees don't really understand software.

      If you are someone who’s sick and tired of same old corporate politics and selling whatever to whoever however. If you are someone who aspire to be the best at your craft and want to learn a scientifically proven sales process and be part of a hyper-performance culture, you will love it! AppDynamics will change your life; you will learn , earn and grow.. in that order!

      If you are happy where you are, don’t like to take big challenges and don’t like to be challenged for your own good, you may not like it!
