      Overall Nice company but management should start compensating people properly as people are leaving

      Pros

      I always get more than enough time to complete the work, and I have never felt any pressure from the seniors to complete the work in an unrealistic timeline, better yet there never have been deadlines. I joined as a university graduate, and I got good mentorship, good projects, the proper time to learn things and then apply to the project. I would say you can't ask for anything better than this.

      Cons

      Ever since cisco completely took over, the senior employees are leaving and the company is becoming empty. My assumption, emphasis on the "assumption" that we are not getting paid similar to the competition and hence we are not able to find replacements.

      Cons

      So many senior employees have left in last year, it was just too sad to be a “survivor!” Cisco culture is not fit everyone.
