      Stock - V. Good Leadership Enablement - V. Good Product - Top Right Lion Share company / technology set up to dominate their TAM. Playbook company for a new breed of AEs. Everything that is great about MEDDIC culture without the toxicity of other environments.

      Pros

      Somewhat autonomous from Cisco so culture is still more like a smaller company, great people, cool product space with lots of growth potential, good benefits and pay, and remote work and work/life balance fully embraced.

      Cons

      Being a part of Cisco is a blessing and curse. It’s getting impossible to be productive and do anything with so much bureaucracy. Leadership is falling short, not because they don’t have great ideas or motivation, but are restricted due to the larger acquisition.
