      Good place for work and learn, less politics and helpful people around you. Work culture is nice, you often gets recognized by leadership for your hard work. Compensations are also competitive to market.

      Cons

      Not good place for core technical persons or software engineers as company's big decisions (like work outsourcing) can impact your employment.

      I was in technology had good challenging work got to learn a lot. Decent money. Comfort of working on own time.

      Cons

      Some managers are like BPO people will to point out everything that you do round. Life becomes monotonous in long run.
