Pros

Great medical benefits to choose from and provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield. Good bonus if performance ratings is above average. Flexible work hours as long as you do your work and behave in a mature way, allows to work from home if necessary. Good job stability with less day-to-day stress ensuring good work/life balance. Provides benefits for educational funding or professional certification funding.

Cons

Minimum growth opportunities in terms of career growth. Even if you get professional certifications, many a times it goes without notice. No appreciation for getting professional certifications although they would pay for it. You have to deal with a monster called "CSC" who is their infrastructure vendor causing ton of issues and project delays.

Pros

Large company that will help develop and help you start your career. You get a chance to meet top level people, interact with clients and go on visits to learn about the industry. They pay for insurance training and best of all have great programs to build skill sets

Cons

bureaucratic, pigeon holding, and stingy on pay as they try to increase shareholder value. They have lay offed folks, sold divisions, and forced resignation of some people.
