      Great if you end up in the right team

      Pros

      Company with plenty of resources and great instruments available to employees. The huge network together with great instruments (i.e. huge analytic department etc) allows to really think big (if you are in the position to)

      Cons

      It still presents internal political conflicts and, as in most big companies, individuals rewards are put in a second level to achieve better margins for the company . At the end, if you end up in a team with poor management you can get very much stuck and there is no particular review on the poor job the management does

      Pros

      Loved the work and people. Enjoyed challenging client assignments and corporate staffing projects. Appreciated the non-micro managed leadership style and felt respected by peers and management who conveyed trust in my skills and abilities.

      Cons

      Company lost client contract and thus enforced a RIF.
