      Pros

      Nice health, vacation ( PTO.Sick and Personal) benefits and very good bonus plan. 401K match is dollar to dollar up to 6%. Great employee stock purchase plan, Flexible timings and work environment.

      Cons

      Need to create opportunities for people to change roles internally and invest in training.

      Very flexible, able to work remotely easily, great benefits, work life balance is also easy to manage

      Cons

      hard to move up within the company, need to put in many years to get looked at for upper level position otherwise they will hire from outside
