      Great management, great co-workers and the office environment for the most part is pretty warm.

      Cons

      No growth opportunity in my current position. I am the only one at the company that knows how to do my job and I feel that keeps me where I am.

      Good company to work for, well respected and well known. Leader in the industry and contributes a lot of positive things outside of the workplace (e.g. charity work).

      Workload often high, sometimes hard to get help from colleagues because they similarly have too much to do.

      Again the chilled out environment is the thing that sometimes hinder the work. People are very relaxed and always joking around. No serious work related talks happens in the group. Less responsibility is shouldered to the person which sometimes create a learning gap
