Managers and colleagues actually dedicate the time to explain and further your development. Other Graduates on the program (both past and present) are awesome and supportive. Managers value your individual input and are happy to hand over more responsibility if you are willing to take it on.

Cons

A two year program can feel like a long time. Small Graduate cohort. Graduates of the industry do not interact much.

The graduate program ‘Launch’ is composed of four six-month rotations. Each one has been fast-paced, focused on growth and development, and easy to jump in and contribute just like any other team member. While a huge global company, the corporate structure is quite flat and drives a friendly, open culture. Everyone at Aon is approachable and ready to invest not only in your career, but in you as a person.

Cons

Starting a new role every six months is not for the faint of heart. Each time you have to prove yourself and learn to work with a new manager and way of operating.
