Pros

*If you have a supportive manager there are opportunities for professional development such as funding for industry qualifications. *They look to promote from within the company where possible

Cons

*Corporate politics always in play at this company *Easier to get a pay raise by being offered a job at Capita, then returning to Aon and vice versa. The internal pay raises are insignificant and typically below inflation so pay reduction in real terms. *People will step on you to get above you.

Pros

- Flexible timing - Allows you to work independently - Great co-workers in my team (but this is dependant on luck, really) - Benefits are not bad

Cons

- Long hours - A lot of double work/reporting - Managers are not willing to share knowledge and would brush you off by ignoring, or only reply to you when they need your help - Expectations changes with Manager's mood - Not a place for people with no/little experience
