      the pay is relatively better than some of the competitors

      Management micromanages. Though hiring rates are high, there is a lot of turnover due to people being fired or leaving.

      The people are nice and there is a supportive environment It's a well known company and it recruits talented individuals work life balance is good

      Cons

      salary is low compared to competitors, there is no development and career progression is based on time spent there rather than on performance. Managers dont receive any people management training No management of low performance, too supportive
