Pros

Name recognition in OCIO/consulting space, big on D&I.

Cons

HR department is outsourced, and policies are ineffective. Annual performance reviews are on a bell curve - rigid and outdated. I've been a consistent top performer and was still overlooked for a promotion, because of some big corporate policies and budgets. If you're young, smart, and ambitious - work elsewhere! Analysts here get overworked and underpaid, and it's near impossible to get promoted or a good raise, even if you fall in the "top-performers" group on the bell curve. In my experience, it's a slow paced environment and very behind on technology. "Aon United" is a nice slogan, but in reality the whole place is very siloed. Teams do not communicate well with each other, and often work on overlapping projects without realizing it. High level corp management is completely out of touch with how things actually work here.
