Pros

Work is okay as a test dev engineer; challenging and good teammates

Cons

Salary is extremely low compared to other semiconductor companies (like Maxim) Too much bureaucracy - approval loop takes more than two weeks for a very specific purchase/task

Pros

Great place to learn and solve engineering problems, opportunities to travel to other ADI sites, interact with other semiconductor engineers around the globe.

Cons

Too much workload with very limited system time. Sometimes, you have to do work outside of your job description because of lack of staff. HR will tell you that it's a good opportunity to learn and be promoted but salary increase is mediocre.
