Business Outlook
Pros
Lots of learning opportunities since we get to work on different projects involving different levels of complexities and type of device/s. Managers also are proactive in helping steer career path to the best of their abilities. People are also approachable and helpful in general.
Cons
Experienced some instances where meetings were counterproductive and took up amount of time which could have been spent on development work. There are also times where I feel that having company-wide surveys are not as productive since some suggestions don't manifest themselves and assumption is that whatever upper management decides would be followed.
