Pros

Great compensation, colleague and work environment. Many people have been working in ADI for ten or even twenty years.

Cons

The progress of project is sometimes very slow. And there are sometimes too many rules to follow. In general, a little bit conservation.

Pros

Good work-life balance. Freedom to learn and work on new things. Lots of smart people as far as analog design is concerned.

Cons

Management not very competent. Still mostly a component company and reactive. Pay raises are pretty low and barely keep up with inflation.

Pros

Progressive thinking company with opportunities for advancement. it is a company in great position for a very bright future. Come 2q10 there are some positive signs that the business trends it experienced in 1Q will continue.

Cons

Unemployment rates remain stubbornly high, access to credit remains difficult, and there seems to be a disconnect between the business levels we are achieving and economic reports from around the world. As such, remainder of 2010, it will remain cautious and will need to keep uts costs under very tight control.
